Gratinated Broccoli


  • 500 g broccoli
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 g bacon
  • 200 g Parmesan
  • 200 g Greek yogurt
  • 30 g butter
  • sea salt
  • pepper


Wash broccoli and divide it into florets and cut the thicker part. Blanch it in salted boiling water five minutes, drain it, pour cold over it and leave on the side. Grate 100 g Parmesan, whisk three eggs, add salt, pepper and Greek yogurt. Stir all and add grated cheese. You can fry bacon and add to broccoli before you put it in the oven. Coat baking dish with butter, place broccoli in it, add bacon and cheese. Pour prepared mixture over it and grate more Parmesan per wish. Bake in preheated oven on 180 degrees for half an hour. When get nice golden color cover it with aluminium foil to keep that color.
