Eggs With Spinach


  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g spinach
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • oregano


Blanch spinach in salted boiling water for few minutes. Then drain, let it cool a bit and finely chop. Fry eggs on hot oil, then add spinach and when eggs are fried, spice with salt, pepper and oregano. Serve and enjoy this easy and nice breakfast.
