Ingredients
- 400 g salmon
- 1 egg
- 200 g cherry tomato
- 200 g lettuce
- 100 ml greek yogurt
- salt
- pepper
Preparation
Cut salmon into stripes and fry a bit on oil and water. Wash lettuce. Boil egg. Wash cherry tomato and cut into half. When salmon and egg are finished, combine all the ingredients, season with salt, pepper, chopped parsley and add greek yogurt. Enjoy this healthy breakfast.
