Zucchini Cream Soup


  • 2 zucchini
  • 150 g broccoli
  • 1/2 onion
  • salt
  • pepper


Chop the onion and fry it on a bit of olive oil occasionally adding water. When onion become translucent, add zucchini previously cut into cubes, add some water and continue cooking for about 15 minutes. Blanch florets of broccoli. Put in a blender or food processor broccoli and zucchini with water and mix well. Return the pot on the heat and cook for more 5 minutes. Spice with salt and pepper or other spices per your taste.
