Omelet With Mushrooms, Spinach And Cheese


  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g mushrooms
  • 50 g leek
  • 50 g allowed cheese
  • 100 g spinach


Whisk the eggs. On a heated oil add chopped leek, then add thinly sliced mushrooms and when softened a bit add chopped spinach. In other frying pan fry eggs, then turn them as pancake and add vegetables. Put a little chopped cheese over it and after two minutes your omelet is ready.

This omelet is considered a complex dish due to combination of eggs and cheese. It can be used occasionally – once in 15 days if you are in a restriction period.
