- 500 g turkey breasts
- 300 g spinach
- 2 garlic cloves
- 50 ml allowed oil
- sea salt
Blanch spinach and finely chop. Also finely chop garlic and add to spinach. Cut turkey meat into thin steaks and pound a bit with kitchen mallet. Spice prepared meat per taste and cover with spinach filling. Fold the ends 1 cm towards the center and roll it.
Wrap rolls into aluminium foil and securely fix the ends, bake on the grill (instead of the barbecue you can use the oven) with occasional rotation to evenly bake from all sides. Remove the finished rolls from the foil and let it cool down. Then cut into pieces.
If you do not want to prepare a dish on a grill or in an oven, dip it in a vegetable broth.
