Fruit Balls


  • 120 g chopped nuts
  • 100 g chopped date palm
  • 100 g chopped raisins
  • 100 g melted chocolate (with 70% cocoa)
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup


Melt chocolate and butter. Finely chop nuts, date palms and raisins and mix to chocolate. Add agave syrup and mix all well. When cool a bit make balls and coat in ground nuts.

Instead of nuts, you can use almonds or hazelnuts.
