Ingredients
- 50 g permitted flour of your choice
- 50 g of sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons of flax
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- 3 dl of sour milk
Preparation
Mix all dry ingredients into a bowl (flour, sunflower seeds, flax, baking powder, salt), make a recess in the middle and pour sour milk and mix until soft dough is obtained. Move the dough on a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 min. Form a ball and use knife to make a cross-shaped patterns. Sprinkle with a little flour and a little sesame.
Preheat the oven on 230 degrees and put bread to bake in a tray covered with baking paper, bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 200 degrees and bake for more 15 – 20 minutes.
