Sauteed Peppers And Tomatoes


  • 1 onion
  • 2 yellow peppers
  • 2 tomatoes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • teaspoon olive oil
  • water


Chop the onion and fry in a sauce pan with the addition of water. When almost transparent add peppers cut into cubes and continue sauteing until softened. In the meantime put tomatoes into boiling salt water and blanch for five minutes. Remove from the water and leave to cool a bit. Then peel tomatoes so that it remains only the fleshy part and cut them into cubes. When peppers softened a bit, add tomatoes, salt, pepper and cook for some 10 mnutes.
