Ingredients
- 2 dl spelt flour
- 2 dl integral rye flour
- teaspoon pork fat
- baking powder
- a little more than 2 dl mineral water
- salt
- Filling by choice (bacon, zucchini, tomato, green pepper, oregano)
Preparation
Mix all dry ingredients, then add mineral water and knead the dough. Separate in four, five bolls, stretch them a bit making small holes in the middle where you’ll put your filling. For example: tomatoe’s ring, zucchini and pepper’s cubes, chopped bacon…..
Bake on 200 degrees some 20 minutes.
If you are eating dairy products, you can add a mozzarella and you will have the perfect mini-pizza.
