Fish Burgers


  • 1 kg freshwater fish
  • 1 bunch spring onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt, pepper, a bit of sweet or hot spicy peppers
  • 1 dl mineral water


Clean the fish, remove the tail and head, if it is very small, grind on the grind machine on a tiny grid two – three times. If it’s a bigger fish, you can cut it in length and pull out the spine and large bones, and grind twice if some bone remains.

Add spices and knead well to get a compact mixture. It’s the best to use food processor: add onion, minced fish, spices, blend all and at the end add mineral water.
With wet hands form burgers and arrange on baking sheet and bake in preheated oven or fry on a grill pan greased with little olive oil.
