Ingredients
- 500 gr of minced meat (beef or pork)
- 4-5 bunch of chard
- 2 black onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3-4 tablespoons of quinoa
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
- a little olive oil
Preparation
Finely chop onion and garlic and fry a bit on oil and addition of water. Then add quinoa, meat, spices and continue cooking for a little while. While the mixture cools, bring a large pot of water to a boil; add a pinch of salt and blanch whole leaves, 1 at a time, until tender and bright green, about 5 seconds.
Lay flat on a baking sheet lined with paper towels to drain. if the stalks on a chard are thickened remove them to facilitate rolling. Then fill chard’s leaves and arrange them in a baking dish and pour some water to cook in it and let quinoa to swell. Put in a preheated oven and cook for 20 minutes on 200-220 degrees.
Note: if you are in non-restriction period, you can cover rolls with sour milk. Also, you can replace beef or pork meat with chicken and in that case this tasty meal can be your dinner.
