Chicken Meatballs With Spinach

  • 1 chicken fillet
  • 1 onion
  • salt by taste
  • pepper by taste
  • garlic powder by taste
  • 1 zucchini
  • olive oil
  • fresh basil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 package of baby spinach

From one large zucchini make a spaghetti. The middle of the zucchini that remains cut into cubes. In a blender, grind the chicken fillet, onion and the middle of the zucchini. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder and mix well. Cover the baking plate with baking paper. Form meatballs and place them on paper. Bake them for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
In deeper frying pan, warm olive oil, add chopped basil and chopped garlic. Fry one minute and add zucchini spaghetti.
Fry zucchini for 2-3 minutes and add baby spinach and continue frying for more 3-4 minutes and add a pinch of salt. Serve on a a plate and add meatballs on top.
