This meal should consist of fat (primarily of animal origin), slow-burning carbohydrates and proteins. So it is allowed in the morning to eat bread (primarily integral) with: butter, eggs, dairy products, dried meat, homemade pate … The biggest difference in relation to original food is in dairy products. While for the author of the diet (A. Delabo) a fat cheese is alpha and omega, here is a recommendation that in the restriction period this cheese is avoided, and it can be eaten: young cheese, sour milk,  greek feta (not so often), greek yoghurt and fresh mozzarella . And these products should be limited to three times a week and not mixed with eggs except sometimes, once in 10 to 15 days.

Wheat and corn should be avoided. Vegetables can be added at breakfast or in smaller quantities.
