Turkey In Ginger Sauce


  • 600 g turkey file
  • ginger powder
  • 5 onions
  • 2 dl red wine
  • clove
  • bay leaf
  • dried spices per taste


Cook turkey meat for about 20 minutes, cool and chop into cubes. Finely chop onion, fry it on allowed oil or pork fat, then add chopped meat. Cook additionally adding water for about 15 minutes. Then add ginger powder, clove, bay leaf and teaspoon of dried herbs. Pour red wine and cook for more 15 minutes. Serve with lettuce or other salad per your taste.
