Ingredients
- 200 g spelt flour
- 200 g rye flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 baking powder
- 150 ml mineral water
- 150 ml sour milk
- 50 ml olive oil
- 100 g sunflower seeds
- 2 – 3 sprigs rosemary
- 10 leaves of basil
Preparation
Whisk the eggs, add mineral water mixed with sour milk, oil, flours, salt, baking powder and fresh herbs (rosemary and basil). Knead the dough and leave to rest for half an hour. Form the loaf, place on a baking paper. Bake on 200 degrees about 30 minutes.
