Roast Chicken With Arugula Puree

Ingredients

  • chicken file
  • arugula
  • dill
  • small zucchini
  • sea salt
  • spices per your taste

Preparation

Chop chicken meat into slices, rub with your favorite spices and place in baking bag. Before the end of baking, cut the bag and let meat get nice golden color. Put a little water in the pan, add washed arugula and zucchini peeled and chopped into cubes. Briefly cook and mash into blender to get puree. Add little olive oil, salt, chopped dill and if you like little garlic.
