Ingredients
- buckwheat phyllo dough
- little lukewarm water
- roasted red pepper sauce or tomato sauce
- ham
- Feta cheese
- oregano per taste
Preparation
Take one sheet of buckwheat dough, sprinkle with lukewarm water, place little cheese, roasted red pepper sauce and ham. Then fold from one side, then from from other side and roll to get triangle. You can place some seeds on top and thin slice of butter. Bake for about 20 minutes at 220 degrees to get nice golden color.
