- 2 cups spelt flour
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup allowed oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 250 g cottage cheese (crumbled or grated)
- 5 – 6 green olives (chopped)
- chopped green part of spring onion
- few slices of ham or chicken breasts
- 1/2 baking powder
- 1 chopped red pepper
- little mineral water
Mix all dry ingredients, add chopped vegetables, cheese, egg and finally oil and mineral water to get compact that isn’t too much hard, it should be soggy mixture. Pour into greased baking dish or covered with baking paper and bake on 180 degrees about 30 minutes.
Due to combination of cheese and egg, this is complicated dish and should be consumed once in 14 day. If you want to enjoy in it more often replace whole egg with egg white.
