- perch fish
- spinach
- kale
- sea salt
- lemon
- garlic
- fresh or dried parsley
Preparation
Adjust the quantities to the number of persons and appetite. Clean and wash the fish. Rub it with salt, place chopped garlic inside, wrap in a foil and bake with little water in the oven. Bake about half an hour, then remove foil and let fish get nice golden color. Serve with green non-starchy vegetables.
