- 4 sprigs of spring onion (green part)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 200 g mushrooms
- 2 eggs
- sea salt
- allowed oil for frying
Cut chrono buns at the top, keep covers on the side and scoop out the middle and crumble it. Chop green parts of spring onion into cubes, mushrooms into slices and mash garlic. Pour little oil in the pan, add green part of the spring onion and mushrooms. Fry occasionally stirring until vegetables soften and until excess fluid boils. Remove from the heat and cool. Add mashed garlic, crumbled middle of the buns and two eggs. Spice with salt and mix well. Stuff prepared buns with that mixture, arrange in a baking dish covered with baking paper. Bake in prehated oven on 200 degrees about 20 minutes.
