Ingredients
- 1 chicken fillet
- juice of 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/3 teaspoon paprika
- little olive oil
Preparation
Cut the chicken fillet into three steaks, tenderize little using meat mallet. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, chopped garlic, salt, pepper and paprika. Place the meat in some dip dish and pour prepared marinade over it. Leave in the fridge for at least one hour. Bake prepared chicken steaks on a grill or grill pan and serve with arugula salad, or other salad per your taste.
