Ingredients
- 1 young zucchini
- 50 ml oil
- 1 bunch of chard
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 eggs
- little sea salt
- 1 baking powder
- 150 g spelt flour
- allowed oil for frying
Preparation
Peel zucchini and grade it, but don’t drain from excess fluid. Wash chard and blanche in salted water to soften. Drain from excess water and finely chop. Mix in a bowl grated zucchini, blanched chard, mashed garlic, eggs and little sea salt and stir well. Add mixture of spelt flour and baking powder and mix well to get compact mixture. Grease waffle maker, pour one ladle of mixture in it, cover and bake until get nice golden color.
