Ingredients
- 3 chard leaves
- 4 eggs
- sea salt
- allowed oil for frying
Preparation
Wash chard leaves, remove stalks and chop into stripes. Separate egg whites from egg yolks and whisk egg yolks with little salt. In other bowl foamy whisk egg white with little salt. Add chopped chard in a egg yolk mixture and stir well. Then add whisked egg whites and gently stir. Grease baking pan and heat it, then pour one half of prepared mixture in it. Fry until get golden color on bottom side, then gently turn using spatula and keep frying other side. On the same way fry one more omelet. Roll omelets, cut into large slices and string on cocktail skewers and serve with some nice ham.
