Ingredients
- 1 tuna steak
- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 2 – 3 cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 zucchini
- 1 teaspoon caper
- 2 – 3 olives
- sea salt, pepper
- 1 egg white
Preparation
Wash the fish and dry with a napkin. Whisk the egg white, chop green pepper, cherry tomatoes and zucchini into small pieces. Place tuna steak on a middle of baking paper and arrange vegetables over it. Add capers and olives and spice with salt and pepper per taste. Grease the edges of baking paper with egg white and fold as a envelope taking care that edges are stick well. Bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees about 30 minutes. Place baked package on plate and gently cut it with scissors.
