Ingredients
- 250 g beans from the can
- 2 onions
- 1 large leek
- 2 tablespoons spelt flour
- sea salt
- 2 eggs
- allowed oil
- paprika
- parsley
Preparation
Chop onion into ribs and fry on little oil. Add paprika, chopped parsley and remove from the heat. Transfer to a refractory bowl suitable for later serving. Chop white part of the leek and fry. Before the end add eggs, flour, paprika and chopped parsley. Add beans to leek and mix in homogenous mixture. Form small egg-sized balls and leave them to rest a while. Then arrange them into refractory bowl over the onion, add little lukewarm water and bake in the oven about ten minutes until get nice golden color.
