- 200 g marinated salmon fillets
- 150 g mascarpone cheese
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 bunch of dill
- 1 teaspoon grated horseradish
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- sea salt
Use one lemon to make zest and juice. Finely chop salmon fillets, as well as dill. Mix in a bowl mascarpone cheese, salt, lemon zest and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. Add grated horseradish, chopped salmon and dill and mix to get compact mixture. Coat some chrono bread or pastry with this delicious spread and enjoy perfect breakfast.
