Ingredients
- 2 pork chops
- 1/2 leek
- 1/2 zucchini
- 5 mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- olive oil
- sea salt
- oregano
Preparation
Cut pork chops into stripes. Pour little oil in a frying pan, heat it and place meat in it. While frying meat on moderate temperature chop leek into rings, zucchini into cubes and mushrooms into slices. You can also chop jalapeño pepper if you like. Stir the meat few times and add vegetables. Fry together for a few minutes, stir few times and at the end add two tablespoons of tomato sauce. At the end add salt and oregano. Serve with some fresh salad.
