Dinner With “Green” Tuna

Ingredients

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1/2 leek
  • 4 large mushrooms
  • 1,5 tablespoon olive oil
  • sea salt, pepper
  • dried dill and other spices per taste
  • 1 tuna can

Preparation

Peel zucchini, cut into rings, finely chop leek and mushrooms, place in a frying pan and fry on little olive oil. You don’t have to add water due to mushrooms. Before the end add dill and other spices and fry more for a few minutes. Serve with tuna and lettuce or cabbage salad sprinkled with lemon juice.
