- 1/2 kg fish fillet per your taste
- 1 red onion
- 1 garlic clove
- sea salt, pepper
- fresh parsley
Place fish fillet into blender, add onion, garlic, parsley and spices. Finely chop all to get compact mixture. Form few burgers (you can use two tablespoons to do that). Place them in a baking dish covered with baking paper and bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees until get nice golden color.
