Ingredients
- zucchini
- spinach
- mushrooms
- onion
- garlic
- butter
- olive oil
- sea salt

- curry
- green herbs
- some young cheese
Preparation
Take the peeler and peel zucchini into stripes. Leave them on the side to soften. In the meantime chop the onion and fry it on little oil and water. When become translucent, add cooked or frozen spinach. When soften add chopped mushrooms and spices. Then add zucchini and cook for more 5 minutes. Remove from the heat, add little butter and sprinkle with some young cheese.
