Ingredients
- 1 kg sea bream
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 1 sprig of sage
- 1 small onion
- 1 tablespoon chrono bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
- 30 g olive oil
- sea salt
Preparation
Wash sea bream and drain. Prepare stuffing: finely chop parsley, onion, sage and rosemary. Add chrono bread crumbs, Parmesan, pinch of sea salt and oil. Take 2/3 of prepared stuffing and place inside sea bream. Place in a baking dish and cover with the rest of prepared mixture. Heat the oven on 175 degrees. Sprinkle the fish with more rosemary, few leaves of sage and little olive oil. Bake for about 1 hour. While baking, often pour baking juice over fish. It is baked when get brown color. Serve warm topped with juice in which baked. You can garnish with lemon and fresh parsley leaves.
