Loving Fritters


  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sour milk or kefir
  • 1 cup flour (spelt and barley)
  • 1 baking powder
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pork fat for frying


Whisk the egg, add sour milk or kefir, then add flour mixed with baking powder. The mixture shouldn’t be rare because fritters will absorb fat. Heat a little more pork fat, but not to be too hot. Take the fritters using a teaspoon and soak it in the pork fat every time before taking the mixture. Fry per 2 minutes from both sides or until get a nice golden colour.

This meal can be consumed in restriction phase once in 15 days due to combination of egg and dairy product.
