Chili Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 small onions
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 large chili pepper
  • 1 red belly pepper
  • 1 can chopped tomatoes
  • sea salt, pepper, paprika

Preparation

Mix in a chopper or blender onion, garlic, chili pepper and bell pepper. Pour mixture on a frying pan with little allowed oil for frying and cook on moderate temperature for 5 minutes. Add 2 teaspoons paprika, stir and cook for more 2 to 3 minutes. Then add chopped tomatoes from the can, pour water to half of that can, stir and add to the mixture in the frying pan. Cook for about 20 minutes constantly stirring to keep the flavors together and all the water evaporated. Season to taste and the sauce is done. It can stand in the fridge for several days.
