Ingredients
For the dough:
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup rye flour
- 1/2 cup barley flour
- 1/2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 teaspoon psyllium
- sea salt
- olive oil
- water
For the stuffing:
- finely chopped tomato
- gorgonzola cheese
- mozzarella cheese
- baked chicken filet
- oregano
Preparation
Mix all dry ingredients, add oil and water and knead medium soft dough. Stretch it to 0.5 cm disc. Bake flatbread in half in the oven, then arrange filling and bake until the end – until cheese is melted.
