Ingredients
- 60 g quinoa
- 100 g mushrooms
- 50 g blanched almonds
- 100 g olives
- 1/2 red onion
- little white wine (optional)
Preparation
Chop the red onion into ribs, mushrooms into slices. Heat the olive oil and gently fry onion while adding little water. When start to melt, add salt and pepper and then mushrooms. Before the end of cooking add white wine and leave to cool. Then place all into a blender together with cooked quinoa and chopped olives and mix all until get pate. Taste and add more spices if you want… per your taste.
