Leek And Jerusalem Artichokes Pie


  • 250 g Jerusalem artichokes
  • 250 g leek
  • 4 phyllo sheets
  • sea salt, pepper
  • olive oil + water


Finely chop the leek and fry on olive oil and water until soften. Then add grated Jerusalem artichoke, stir, add salt and pepper and cook for more five minutes. Cut the phyllo sheets into stripes (4 stripes per sheet). Take the spoon and place the prepared mixture on each stripe and wrap it into a triangle. Grease each triangle with a mixture of oil and water and place it in a preheated oven. Bake on 180 degrees until get nice golden color.
