Korean Pancakes With Chrono Kimchi

Ingredients

For kimchi:

  • 2 – 3 leaves of sauerkraut
  • grated ginger (app. 5cm)
  • grated 4 – 5 garlic cloves
  • sweet and chili pepper per taste

For pancakes:

  • 3 tablespoons rye flour
  • 2 tablespoons buckwheat flour
  • 2 dl water
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter

Preparation

Of course, this is chrono version of kimchi. Mix all grated spices and rub well into 2 – 3 leaves of sauerkraut. Leave to rest, best overnight. Then mix all ingredients for pancakes, stir well, then add chopped kimchi. Heat dry frying pan, place 2 to 3 tablespoons of the mixture as you make American pancakes. When bubbles appear on the surface, turn the pancake. Another minute – two and that’s it.
