Ingredients
- 100 g rye flour
- 100 g ground almonds
- 80 g butter
- 80 g Parmesan cheese
- pinch of sea salt
- 20 ml white wine
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and knead the compact dough. Leave on a cold place to rest while you prepare filling. Then take out walnut-sized pieces, make balls and arrange on baking paper, spaced apart, as they will grow slightly. Bake on 180 degrees until get nice golden color. When done and chilled, fill on the bottom and merge two by two. For the filling you can use some cream cheese. If you have the time and patience you can roll the middle where the filling comes out into finely chopped hazelnuts, almonds, whatever.
