Pepperoni Crumble


  • 5 phyllo sheets
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons cottage cheese
  • 100 – 150 g pepperoni
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 – 1,5 dl mineral water
  • 1 tablespoon pork fat


Grease well baking dish or use baking paper. Foamy whisk the eggs, add baking powder, pork fat, mineral water and cheese. At the end add chopped pepperoni and crumbled phyllo sheets. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and place in preheated oven on 220 degrees between 20 minutes and half an hour.
