Spicy Bean Pate

Ingredients

  • 1 can of red beans
  • 1 – 2 red onions
  • 2 – 3 garlic cloves
  • sea salt, pepper
  • paprika, crushed chili pepper
  • smoked chili pepper
  • 1/2 fresh hot pepper
  • lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin butter (optional)

Preparation

Wash bean from the can, drain and place into the blender. On little olive oil fry red onion cut into ribs when it becomes glassy add chopped garlic. Add onion and garlic into the blender, then add salt and pepper, as well as at least one teaspoon of crushed chili pepper, one teaspoon smoked hot pepper and fresh pepper. Chop all into the blender. Then add olive oil or pumpkin butter, as well as lemon juice. Chop again, try and if you think you still need to spice up then feel free to do so.
