Crackers With Pepita Butter


  • 250 g finely ground rye flour
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 150 ml water
  • 2 teaspoons pepita butter
  • sesame for sprinkling


Mix flour and salt, add oil and water and in the bowl knead the dough. Leave it to rest for about two hours. Stretch the dough thinly between two baking sheets, coat with pepita butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds. You can form the crackers with molds or cut them in desired shapes. Arrange them on baking paper and place in a preheated oven. Bake for 15 minutes on 220 degrees.
