- 4 cups of flour (mix the flour you like)
- 1 cup of seeds (sunflower, pepita, flax, caraway…)
- 1/2 baking powder
- 1 cup allowed oil
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
Mix all dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients and knead the dough. Tear off pieces of dough, make balls the size of golf balls, say (or smaller or larger, as you like). Flatten the ball to the desired thickness in the palm of your hand. If you make them thicker you will have semi-soft crackers with a crunchy edge. If you make them thin, they will be crunchy. Arrange them on baking paper that you put on a baking tray. Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 – 30 minutes. Just be careful, not to burn them.
