Ingredients

  • 200 g walnut
  • sea salt
  • pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 – 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • water

Preparation

Soak walnuts in hot water and leave for 12 to 24 hours. Drain and wash. Then place them into a blender, add salt, pepper, peeled garlic clove, Dijon mustard and mix all. Add water if necessary, just to get a creamy mixture. You can add some lemon juice and other spices per your wish. Be creative.
