Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms


  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 3 – 4 cubes frozen spinach
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • sea salt, pepper


Wipe mushrooms with the cloth. Remove stems and finely chop them. Also, chop onion and garlic. Fry onion on a little oil and water, then add chopped garlic and chopped stems, spinach, and spices. Fry all for a while and then stuff mushrooms’ caps. Place in preheated oven on 200 degrees and bake for some half an hour. Sprinkle with garlic powder and serve.
