Ingredients
- 1 cup red lentil
- 2 small red onions
- 1 – 2 garlic cloves
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 – 2 tablespoons tahini paste (or almond paste, walnut paste, pepita paste)
- olive oil
- sea salt, pepper
- fresh parsley
Preparation
Wash red lentil well, place into boiling water, cook for 5 to 10 minutes, drain and leave to cool. You can cook it in the evening and make a sauce in the morning. Finely chop red onion and fry it little, as well as garlic. Add that to red lentil, as well as lemon juice, tahini paste and spices per your taste (sea salt, pepper, parsley). Chop all in a blender to make a sauce. Decorate with chopped parsley.
