- 500 g Feta cheese
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- little lemon juice
- mineral water enough to make a density of cream per your wish
- 2 red peppers (roasted, cooked, pickled, or even fresh)
- little butter
- 1 – 2 garlic clove
Mix all ingredients for the cream cheese. You can add some spices per your taste. You can also make this cream by hand, with a fork or spoon, but I like to blend it as it is more compact. Feta is salty enough, so you don’t need more salt. Then chop red peppers. Heat the butter in a pan, add peppers, briefly fry them, just to warm them, add chopped garlic and pepita. Put cream cheese into a bowl, pour the mixture from the pan over it and decorate with olive oil.
