Colorful Pie In Three Layers


  • 300 g buckwheat phyllo
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 dl olive oil
  • 1 cup sour milk
  • 250 g cottage cheese
  • 200 g Feta cheese
  • 4 – 5 roasted red peppers
  • 1 bunch of chard


First you should prepare filling. For the first filling mix 2 eggs, 1 dl oil and 1 cup of sour milk. For the second filling mix 250 g cottage cheese, 200 g Feta cheese, and 2 eggs. Mix all well and split into three parts. In the first part add 4 to 5 chopped roasted red peppers, in the second part add blanched and finely chopped chard and the third part should remain white. Chop buckwheat phyllo into stripes and roasted red peppers as finely as you can. Put the one half of the phyllo into a round baking dish covered with baking paper and cover with the first filling and stir to nicely cover all stripes. Then put a roasted red peppers filling in a circle around the perimeter, then next to it also in a circle white filling and in the center put green filling. Cover with the rest of chopped phyllo dipped in the first filling. Sprinkle with seeds and bake at 220 degrees for about half an hour.

This is a complicated dish for those who are in restriction, so this type of juicy pies with various additives should not be eaten often.
