Ingredients
- 200 g turkey filet
- coconut oil
- 2 spring onions
- 1 zucchini
- pinch of ground black pepper
- 200 ml coconut milk
- pinch of turmeric powder
Preparation
On a little coconut oil fry chopped spring onion, when it softened add zucchini you cut into half circles and sprinkle with black pepper. When zucchini softened, pour coconut milk and let cook for a while. Before the end sprinkle with turmeric. Grill turkey filet and serve with this great zucchini sauce.
