Rolls With Kebabs


  • 1 cup sour milk
  • 3 cups spelt flour
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 baking powder


Mix all dry ingredients, then add sour milk and oil and knead a soft, smooth dough. Stretch the dough, cut into triangles so you can roll kebabs. You can use frozen kebabs, which you should grill. Place kebab on each triangle and wrap into roll. Grease each with whisked egg yolk or with sour milk to get some shine. Bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees until get a nice golden color.
